Ray Kitchen

Owner & Head Technician

Ray Kitchen has been in the appliance service business since 1977, after graduating from Sheridan College. He worked for an independent servicer, and then Sears Canada Service Dept., before starting Kitchen's Appliance Service in Orillia in 1983. In 1995, Ray Kitchen was pleased to expand his service business into a parts and service store. Since then he has become a familiar face in the Orillia community, and a leading expert in appliance repair.

Andrew Garnett

Service Technician

In January of 2007, Kitchen's Appliance Service was pleased to welcome Andrew Garnett to their expanding service team. Andrew has lived in the Orillia area for 20 years. Since joining the Kitchen's Appliance Service team, he has become a very skilled and trustworthy appliance service technician. His knowledge, honesty and kindness are what customers appreciate him for. 

Ray Kitchen and Andrew Garnett both pride themselves on keeping up with the latest appliance technology by regularly attending service schools and conferences put on by leading manufacturers.

Ilene Eden

Customer Service Representative

Ilene Eden joined the Kitchen's Appliance Service team in 2010 as our customer service representative. She handles all of the parts orders, service call bookings, clerical work and can help answer any questions you may have in our parts store. She is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful to anyone looking for information, parts or service.

Donna Kitchen

Clerical and Accounting

Kitchen's Appliance Service is a family business, and as such Ray's wife Donna Kitchen has been helping behind the scenes from the start. Donna Kitchen works in accounting, company warranty billing and office management at Kitchen's Appliance Service. Ray and Donna's daughters also help out from time to time.
